    Whether it’s your dream wedding or a special event, we’ll work closely with you to bring your vision to life through thoughtful details, creative touches, and seamless coordination. Your moments deserve to be unforgettable, and we’re here to make that happen.

    Vision + mood board development

    I will go through a questionnaire with you to get an idea of your desired aesthetic for your event. Afterwards, I will pull inspiration for each category (stationery, florals, etc.) which we will then go through together. Once we land on what you love, I will put everything together for you in a PDF with links to where you can buy or rent everything pictured.

    Preferred vendor recommendations based off of your style and budget

    Attendance at all decor and design vendor consultations and follow up meetings

    Leading all phone and email communication throughout the planning process with your decor vendors

    Floor plan design

    2 month out kickoff meeting including site visit to discuss details and discuss day-of timeline

    Creation and delivery of day-of timeline

    Vendor Confirmation

    One week out meeting to confirm floor plans, timelines and more

    There for up to 8 hours with an assistant

    Manage day-of timeline and vendor arrivals

    Organize and pack up all gifts and personal items at the end of the event

    Distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors
