Full Planning

This package has it all! The Full Plan package ensures that you're never left wondering what the next step is or who is taking care of what. I want this experience to be as stress-free and fun as possible. Your life doesn't have to stop to plan a wedding, so let me alleviate your stress and allow this to be an enjoyable season of life!

Design + Management

My design services are all about bringing your unique vision to life with creativity and precision. I focus on crafting cohesive, personalized designs that reflect your style and story. From selecting the perfect color palette and decor elements to creating a seamless flow for the event, every detail is carefully considered to ensure an unforgettable experience. With a passion for aesthetics and an eye for detail, I transform spaces into stunning backdrops for your most cherished moments.

    • Vision + mood board development

      • I will go through a questionnaire with you to get an idea of your desired aesthetic for your wedding. Afterwards, I will pull inspiration for each category (stationery, ceremony decor, florals, etc.) which we will then go through together. Once we land on what you love, I will put everything together for you in a PDF with links to where you can buy or rent everything pictured.

    • Preferred vendor recommendations based off of your style and budget

    • Attendance at all decor and design vendor consultations and follow up meetings

    • Leading all phone and email communication throughout the planning process with your decor vendors

    • Floor plan design of ceremony + reception

    • 2 month out kickoff meeting including site visit to discuss details and discuss day-of timeline

    • Creation and delivery of day-of timeline

    • Vendor Confirmation

    • One week out meeting to confirm floor plans, timelines and more

    • Facilitate ceremony rehearsal

    • There for up to 14 hours with an assistant

    • Manage day-of timeline and vendor arrivals

    • Set up personal decor items such as: guest book + card box day of signage + print pieces memorial table Facilitate ceremony processional and cue musicians

    • Connect with DJ/Emcee to make sure all announcements and speeches follow the timeline

    • Organize and pack up all gifts and personal items at the end of the event

    • Distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors

Planning a wedding comes with plenty of questions, and we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible. Below, you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions couples have when planning their big day. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help.

  • Ideally book your planner first around the 12-18 months out point! Other vendors to prioritize would be your venue and photographer.

  • Securing your vendors is just one aspect of the planning process. While I always recommend booking your planner before selecting vendors, I understand that’s not always possible. Even if I don’t assist in securing some of your vendors, I will still handle ongoing communication, coordination, and meetings with them throughout the planning process. In most cases, this requires significantly more time and effort than the initial selection of vendors. For this reason, I do not offer discounts based on vendor arrangements made prior to my involvement.

  • Yes! I love traveling for weddings! I have experience in Colorado, Arizona, and Wisconsin.

  • Everyone’s budget will differ depending on what your priorities are. For my full plan clients, I offer budgeting services and help educate on what certain things cost. From there, I find out what your priorities are and help you cut back in other areas that are less important. The average cost of my client’s weddings is around $85,000 with 150-200 guests.

  • While this may be your first or second time planning a wedding, we’ve planned 100+. There are things we know to look out for and questions to ask. We know which vendor’s style, personality, and cost are going to be the best fit for you. We’re able to make sure you’re not taken advantage of by others in the industry. We know how to create a realistic timeline for your day and so much more!

    Choosing the right planner is so important! I’d make sure your personalities work well together as you’ll be spending the most time with them. I’d pay attention to their communication skills (Are they prompt with responses? Are they good listeners?) , their past designs (does their style match mine?), and read their reviews!
